How do I print?
- Go to the ”Print Now” tab on our website.
- Select desired print location.
- Select “Print to this Location.”
- Send email to location’s email address with PDF attached.
- Click the link in the response email.
- Enter payment details.
- Push Print!
If you selected “secure print”:
- Find your email on the printer screen.
- Select “Jobs.”
- Find your email.
- Enter PIN.
- Push Print!
Is there an option for printing sensitive documents?
Yes! If you select “Secure Print,” your document will print only when you authorize it on the printer itself — so you’ll be right there when it prints.
How do I pay?
Before you Push Print, you’ll be asked to enter your payment details. Our payments are processed by Braintree, a secure service, and we don’t have any access to your payment information.
What happens to my document after I print?
We do not keep your documents. Once your PDF is printed, the document is released from our system and deleted.
Can I get a history of the prints I’ve made?
Yes. You can either create an account and manage your print history, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my document doesn’t print?
We hope that never happens, but if something goes wrong, please send an email to email@example.com for a full refund.
What if I have any other questions?
