How do I print?

  1. Go to the ”Print Now” tab on our website.
  2. Select desired print location.
  3. Select “Print to this Location.”
  4. Send email to location’s email address with PDF attached.
  5. Click the link in the response email.
  6. Enter payment details.
  7. Push Print!

If you selected “secure print”:

  1. Find your email on the printer screen.
  2. Select “Jobs.”
  3. Find your email.
  4. Enter PIN.
  5. Push Print!

Is there an option for printing sensitive documents?

Yes! If you select “Secure Print,” your document will print only when you authorize it on the printer itself — so you’ll be right there when it prints.

How do I pay?

Before you Push Print, you’ll be asked to enter your payment details. Our payments are processed by Braintree, a secure service, and we don’t have any access to your payment information.

What happens to my document after I print?

We do not keep your documents. Once your PDF is printed, the document is released from our system and deleted.

Can I get a history of the prints I’ve made?

Yes. You can either create an account and manage your print history, or send us an email at support@pushprint.com.

What if my document doesn’t print?

We hope that never happens, but if something goes wrong, please send an email to support@pushprint.com for a full refund.
